Payment and Policies

Payment Details
50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 5 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel anytime, payments (less $100) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 31 or more days prior to arrival) - Visa - Master Card - PayPal - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash - Email Money Transfer
Guest Authorizes up to a $1000 CAD charge on the charge card upon departure in the event of property damage. Damage includes, but is not restricted to: noise complaints, common or private property damage, excessive cleaning charges, lost, broken, missing common or private property items, smoking inside the property, pets inside the property & all charges relating to security company or police involvement regarding occupant's behaviour while in the property or on common premises. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY BODILY HARM TO GUESTS OR GUESTS OF GUESTS WHILE THEY ARE ON OUR PROPERTY OR AT ANY LO

Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
• Maid Service is provided every 7 days during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure
