Payment Details
50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 5 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel anytime, payments (less $100) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.

Guest Authorizes up to a $1000 CAD charge on the charge card upon departure in the event of property damage. Damage includes, but is not restricted to: noise complaints, common or private property damage, excessive cleaning charges, lost, broken, missing common or private property items, smoking inside the property, pets inside the property & all charges relating to security company or police involvement regarding occupant's behaviour while in the property or on common premises. More Information
Please thoroughly read the policy information page before booking. It is strongly recommended that all visitors equip their vehicles for snow and ice (snow tires or chains). In times of heavy snowfall it may take some time before all the roads get plowed. Also, don't forget to fill up your gas tank before you get to Big White. The last gas station before leaving Kelowna is a Super Save Station located in Black Mountain area which is just before heading up the hill out of the area
